Administrative Executive for X8 Brands

This position will allow candidate to join company from the ground level and build an administrative support team and system and manage it

 Initial responsibilities:

  •  Create and implement a paper and online filing system that will be used office wide. Provide training to new staff
  • Oversee corporate emails and incoming phone calls and office visitors
  • Oversee the schedules of the CEO and COO and arrange travel plans, meetings, conference calls, internal conferences, etc
  • Determine administrative support needs and begin process to create job description, interview and hiring
  • Determine office supply needs and make necessary recommendations and purchases


  • Assigning and supervising administrative support staff
  • Working with necessary staff with payroll and benefits
  • Evaluating and managing office staff performance, recruiting, selecting office staff and providing training
  • Prepare operational manual and train staff to be in compliance of all rules and regulations according to state and internal guidelines


2-5 years of Office Administration Experience

  • Strong knowledge of administrative tools and  technology and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of basic HR in order to assist in hiring personnel and keeping company in compliance with corporate, state and federal regulations
  • Effective Proactive and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and practices
  • Helpful but not required: Basic or working knowledge of QuickBooks

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree - Education will substitute for experience

Salary will be determined based on experience
