Robert Di Marco - CEO/ Co-Founder
Mr. Di Marco has been a Founder, Officer, and Director of public and private companies serving the capital markets, commodities, media, and ecommerce markets for over twenty five (25) years. His business experience also includes the management and growth of businesses and investments in markets outside of the U.S., including Europe, Saudi Arabia, Russia, North, Central and South America, Europe, GCC, West Africa, Russia, India and China. Mr. Di Marco has extensive experience in developing on-line enterprises. In 1997, Mr. Di Marco was an early pioneer in the digital media and on-line affiliate marketing and traffic market. As a Founder and Managing Partner at AZURE, Mr. Di Marco was responsible for the development of a robust affiliate sales network consisting of 10,000 active on-line marketers and serving over 1TB of media. During Mr. Di Marco’s tenure at AZURE developed innovative traffic generating and sales conversion campaigns and technologies for its clients. AZURE was an early adopter of providing its clients with an integrated online marketing strategy; including the use of social network marketing, viral marketing, SEO, direct response, and traffic networks to drive sales for its proprietary products as well as create value for its clients. Mr. Di Marco sold AZURE to Twisties in 2008. In 1998 Mr. Di Marco also co-founded and was a principal investor in eActive, an e-commerce technology development company to provide solutions for on-line marketing companies and brands. Originally founded as West Palm Beach Technologies, eActive developed and launched it’s first product, Transactional Multimedia Platforms in June 2000 and filed numerous patents for its internet marketing technologies which are still in use today. eActive’s customers included ABC Television Networks, Sony Entertainment, Disney, and Fila Sporting Goods, Avenue A, Duke University, NASCAR, among others. In 2000, eActive was sold to Azkoyen Group, SA (formerly Pentasel), a French Conglomerate. Prior to AZURE and eActive, Mr. Di Marco held C-level positions, Sumpraxis Inc., and Joseph Roberts & Co. Investment Bankers, a $50MM IB firm. Mr. Di Marco was instrumental in the landmark restructuring case of Standard Oil and Exploration of Delaware, Inc., which approved a new financing technique for raising capital for companies in Chapter 11 proceedings. In 1999, he was appointed by Dr. Arthur E. Turner as "Entrepreneur of the Year" and in 2000, Florida Trend nominated him as one of the “Top Up and Coming CEO’s of South Florida”. Mr. Di Marco served on the board of the World Trade Organization, the Athletic Board of Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Di Marco was also founding member of the Internet Coast in South Florida. A native of the United States, Mr. Di Marco attended Nassau Community College and St John’s University and also is a graduate of the NYC Police Academy. Mr. Di Marco has also held numerous federal licenses in Finance and Commodities and has completed PLI certifications specializing in investment banking, private finance, safe harbor, corporate ethics and international finance. Maruchy Ramos-Lachance – COO
Maruchy has over two decades of experience in office management and administration in corporate, academic, and mass media enterprises. Her expansive knowledge is demonstrated in her ability to streamline operations systems for maximum effectiveness and in building and maintaining strategic, mutually-beneficial relationships. An avid runner and marathoner, Mrs. Ramos-Lachance has applied her education from Palm Beach State College and Florida State University by writing about weight-loss and fitness for Ediets and Diets In Review. She is utilizing her experience and talent by managing operations at X8 Brands, marketing X8 Energy Gum to runners and triathletes, and overseeing the upcoming launch of X8 Brands' latest innovative product, CevaSlim Chewing Gum for appetite and craving control. Maruchy also volunteers time as a committee member for several South Florida non-profit organizations where she brings her passion for wellness, philanthropy, and community service. (Linkedin). Advisory Board and Partners
Mr. Linehan as over 25 years of experience in consumer goods and related industries. Starting his career at Procter & Gamble, Mr. Linehan honed his skills in developing and executing brand strategic plans that produced quantifiable and sustainable results. After having advanced rapidly within P & G’s sales organization, Mr. Linehan joined Clorox Company . At Clorox, Mr. Linehan became an expert at turning around stagnant or struggling businesses both domestically and internationally in multiple distribution channels, including grocery, mass, drug, club, food service, among others. During his 17 year tenure at Clorox, Mr. Linehan was appointed National Sales Director for the Brita Water Filter business . Under his direction, the Brita business grew at a triple digit annual growth rate from $10 million to over $140 million in revenue, and a valuation increase from $12 million to over $500 million within 3 yrs. In 1997, Mr. Linehan left Clorox to pursue opportunities with IDV Wines in which he oversaw the acquisition and consolidation of eight companies in 24 months and an exit to Diageo. After IDV, Mr. Linehan joined PowerBar to aid the Company in preparation for a liquidity event and eventual sale to Nestle resulting in world record price multiple. Nestle retained Mr. Linehan to assist in the integration of PowerBar into Nestle. Since PowerBar, Mr. Linehan formed Linehan Consulting, and has been retained by many consumer goods companies as an officer of their respective companies which include; CEO of Guardian Angel Holdings, Managing Director of Wabi, Inc., SVP of Method, and currently EVP of Strategy & Business Development at King’s Hawaiian. Mr. Linehan currently is chairman of the Board of Trustees of at his sons’ school, Convent & Stuart Hall where oversaw a successful capital campaign raising over $17 million, and has served on the Boards of Trustees of the Megan Furth Academy, and the Board of Directors of InvestStars, a financial services company. Mr. Linehan graduated from Trinity College, and resides in San Francisco with his wife and two sons.
Andrea Cataneo joined Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in 2004. Her practice focuses on structuring secured and unsecured private equity financing transactions for microcap companies, and taking companies public via self-registration statements and reverse merger transactions. Additionally, through her extensive relationships in the investment banking community, Ms. Cataneo offers her clients targeted sources of capital. She also represents publicly-held companies with their 1934 Act reporting obligations to the SEC, as well as with NASDAQ, AMEX and other exchange listing and compliance matters. Ms. Cataneo has access to shell companies of various types that are seeking merger candidates and business combinations. Her practice covers domestic and international transactions, and she has been active in Argentina, Canada, China, India, Israel, Kenya and Russia.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cataneo ran a private practice concentrating in the areas of Securities Law, Corporate Finance, General Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Entertainment Law. Previously, she served as General Counsel to Power Station Entertainment, Inc. and the highly acclaimed Power Station Recording Studio. Ms. Cataneo received her J.D. 1996 from Rutgers University School of Law (Newark, New Jersey), where she was Editor-in Chief of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, and served as legal intern to the honorable William G. Bassler in the Federal District Court of New Jersey in Newark. She received a B.A. in Political Science in 1992, summa cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, and was named the Mennen Scholar for academic excellence and leadership performance. Ms. Cataneo is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Courts of New Jersey in 1997.
